    I have been operating here for 4 years, and in that time a spanish company have come along into one of the areas I operate. With my bog-standard ibm thinkpad I can connect to one of their 2.4ghz sectors from 15miles away WITHOUT an external antenna, and pass traffic to their hotspot page, so the spanish appear to have a blatant disregard for the laws anyway! We all know how things go in Spain, but to keep the competition at distant and not to jeopardize our network IŽd like to make things as legal as possible. Al it needs is one complaint to bring a non registered or legal network down...... and your business with it. And rules are being tightened. we already know of some networks brought down...
