How can I Build a patch antenna for reciving World Space Radio?

I have a Worldspace Satelite Radio reciver with subscription. Somebody stole my antenna the other day from the roof top of my flat. Can I know how can I build a Patch antenna for reciving the world space radio. I would like to make it at home this time so that I can make another one if some one steals it again.

I tried to make a ordinary patch antenna but failed to recive any reception.

Can some one Please Please Please............. help me in this regard.

A patch antenna, from wiki:

The simplest patch antenna uses a half-wavelength-long patch and a larger ground plane. (Large ground planes give better performance but of course make the antenna bigger. It isn’t uncommon for the ground plane to be only modestly larger than the active patch.) The current flow is along the direction of the feed wire, so the vector potential and thus the electric field follow the current, as shown by the arrow in the figure labeled E. A simple patch antenna of this type radiates a linearly polarized wave. The radiation can be regarded as being produced by the ‘’radiating slots’’ at top and bottom, or equivalently as a result of the current flowing on the patch and the ground plane.

Dual internal speakers would simply be two speakers, most likely stereo, built into the device. A boom box would have internal speakers, dual for stereo. Some televisions have dual (stereo) built in speakers.

I want to compare and contrast performance of different dual band patch antennas for mobile phones.For the design and analysis of these antennas I am using the sofware called EMPIRE software.As reference for my work I need to know which of the dualband patch antennas has best performance.It is my pleasure if I can get measured and simulated results.
