Memory: Red/White
Ground: Brown (Note: Attatch White/Brown wire to ground for no reason at all lol)
Power Antenna: Assumption of Black/White (Note: Maybe something else. This color is NOT a Ground)

I don't need an answer to this as it's not really a question, but an answer. Hopefully you have a '94 BMW 325i and I've just helped you, as I myself had to go through hell to wire in a different stereo.
Additional information: To remove the old stereo, you need a special kit as the screw heads are only 5 sided hex. I used a small flathead screwdriver. Turn the screws left until they stop turning. Remove the stereo from the console.

The website mentioned has a couple different colors than I have, and I also mentioned the panel lighting wire color. (White wire has been explained on the site as the Antenna trigger which doesn't explain why hooking it to the power wire made the sound work.)

ARRLWeb: ARRL NEWS: Amateur Radio Quiz: What Kind of Tool Am I?
No, it’s not a song about workshop inhabitants from the off-Broadway hit musical Little Shack of Horrors, but rather a quiz about some of the gadgets and doo-dads we use all the time in building our stations and keeping them on the air. Slip this quiz into the chuck and tighten up -- this is not a drill!
1) Which tool is used to trim wire leads flush with a circuit board?
