i have a few cell phone antenna booster and i have a wireless internet, but there is no signal in my room, so will the cell phone antenna booster work with the wireless modem to boost up the signal?
probably not.

I was out yesterday. When I came back I saw some magazines with sexy photos I had, arranged in order in my cupboard when earlier they weren't so my mom had found them and arranged them properly.
Then I saw the antenna of the fixed-wireless phone in my room was sticking outwards like an erect dick when it usually is positioned upright being an antenna. Mom had cleaned the phone too. Do you think she moved the antenna in a dick like position deliberately? This is making me anxious :(
AAaaawwww, Isn't that sweet of her. At least she just kind of accepted it as part of human nature and went on. You could have come home to her sitting in the middle of the floor surrouned by your dirty pics crying hysterically. That would be something to worry aboout. Just follow her path and act like it is no big deal, because really, it isn't. Everyone experiences some type of embarrasment in their lives. Besides, it was probably just as embarrasing for her so don't prolong the embarrasment by making a big deal out of it.
Good Luck!!
Currently I am using cingular wireless for my cell phone, but my reception downstairs in my house is poor. I was wondering if a cell phone booster antenna will really improve my reception?
no. not in my experience.
If you think about it, if they worked the phone manufacturers would have included that feature in the phone you already own, to try and make you buy their phone over the competitions.
Also if you have a tin roof or stucco walls, the only thing you can do is go outside, since these act as a barrier to the signal.
Happy talking!

I have a Belkin wireless antenna for my desktop and when it connects to the internet it says that the signal strength is excellent and running at -but it cuts out every minute or two. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
Oh, there is a wireless phone next to the router that runs on 2.4 Ghz or something like that- could that be the problem?
Wireless can be interrupted by microwaves, cordess phones or any device that uses a frequency. Relocate that phone and see if it makes a difference.
I have 2 seperate problems and I'm hoping there is one product that will solve both.
First, I live in a rural area and traditional high-speed services aren't available. So my neighbor has recently signed up for Satellite internet and said if I bought a wireless router, he would allow me to use his service. So I bought a Linksys wireless-N router and he installed it. I get decent speed, but because of distance and line of sight issues ,there is room for improvement.
The second problem is, I recently signed up with Sprint PCS and the reception at home is much worse than when I was with Verizon and going back to Verizon is not an option.
So does anyone know of one product that could solve both problems without spending a mint?
Thanks
Thats the problem with wireless network.. it is always an issue on its range since any obstacles could lessen the range. The best way is to spend a Wireless-G Range Expander from LinkSys!! Brand name is a must so you could gain all the features..
Why dont you try asking this questions in www.connectionmedic.com
They have tech support from Linksys. They might suggest a firmware upgrade.. They solve mine.. Ask Mr WizKid.. He is from LinkSys
