frs radio frequencies

I am trying to synch up the channels with a friends radio of a different brand but I don't have any of the paperwork on my radios anymore.
I tried e=mailing the mfg. but got no reply.

There are also CTCSS codes that you need to consider. If you radios don't have the same codes, they won't hear each other even if they are on the same frequency.
