when i switch on the radio with headset in mobile N72 , the message displayed that enhancement is needed for radio.

I dont understand? Can you get Yahoo Music on your phone? Or do you mean a different Radio...

Yes you can. You can hook mp3 players, cd players, ect to computer speakers. I am doing that right now with my mp3 player so the whole family can listen.

Is there any way possible to use the radio on the samsung e250 without using the headset. The wires in my headset port are messed up and if i put a headset in it my phone will turn off. Please i need a program or a passcode or something that will even possibly let me use the radio without the headset. Thank You.

No, I have the same phone and to my knowledge there is no way of listening to the radio without a headset... I'd like to help you with your question but I think your answer is Impossible Mission. =]

Is there any key combination which help me to listen FM radio wihout connecting headset/earphone, means I just want to play FM radio through loudspeaker without connecting any wire to mobile.

for example: Key combination like *#0000# for mobile model number with its version.

It is not possible, as the antenna is IN the wires on the headset. The antenna is needed or the radio will not work.
