i want to know if they can push subs real good

Hey hi! American Pro Amps are okay. I suggest you get a MTX because the amps are bombing. The life of MTX Amps last longer than most Amps. Of cores you want a Amp that push subs great but you got to know how long it will last you also. MTX as warranty that is like 7 years man. What more can you ask. I have a American Pro Amp for 3 Months and a MTX for over 1 year. My American Pro Amp blow because I brigde but my MTX never blow even if I brigde. Will, if you get what I mean than you know what to do. Will, my advice help you out a little and if you can do me a favor in return, can you pick this as ur best answer. i have a american pro amp vs-2043 and i brought it yesterday and before you ask yes all the wires are right but after about 3 hr of jamming the amp just stop working and it went into protection mode so my question is how do i get it out of protection mode or did the amp blow the light went from green to red and no of my speaker work now can someone help me thanks

American pro amps are horrible. I have own two of them and i have learned my lesson. Try getting a profile amp, its in the same price range as the American Pro, and more stable. You will need to put a fan on your american pro amp to keep it cool. as for reseting the amp, disconnect the power wires, and let it sit for a while. It will reset itself.

The amp its self is 800 watts, the rms i really dont know but i have had it all the way up at all times, just blew two rockford falsgates this year, So it is powerful, Its model is a limited edition year, i forget the year though.
