fosgate amps

I currently have a jensen 7 inch deck, with one fosgate 500watt amp i am gonig two buy two alpine type x subs what will i need and to do...Please give me all the info you can...Thanx

I believe those subs weather there 10's or 12's are 1,000 rms. So that amp would be seriously under-powering it. Try to match the rms of the amp to the subs.At least get a amp close to 1,000 rms at the right imdepence..

Do any of you audiophiles know if the 04/05 series RF punch amps have differential balanced line inputs, I know that the newer series 06/07 have blanced inputs, but I want to be sure that the older series have it also

Do you mean to say that you have two 10" fosgate SUBS?

If so, we'll need more info - most importantly, whether they are single or dual voice coil, whether they are 2 or 4 ohms and what the wattage rating is (RMS and peak)

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition. I have in the back 2 brand goddam new Rockford fosgate Punch 12 in woofers, and an older 800 watt Pioneer Amp. What do you guys think of this setup? i kinda want to get a fuckton bigger amp, but im broke for now, but i need some recomendations of what kind of amp to get, and what songs would sound good on my system, I am open to all types of music. I want some big ass bass.

1)yeah theyre good. 2)depends what car you have and what music you like. 3)also depends what songs you like...linkin park songs are pretty good with big bass

I have a Rockford Fosgate P1000-1BD amp. Blew my first sub which was a Cerwin Vega Vmax 15" 1000 watt in two days. Will (2) 500 watt P3 Rockford Fosgate subs work with this amp? Or any suggestions on what works best. Also any diagrams on how to wire it. Thanks!
