their both great, but mtx deffinatly.. mtx amps are VERY reliable and last a very long time, so do rockford fosgate amps, their both great amps and you may hear it go both ways, but in my opinion i would go with MTX over rockford fosgate, but keep an eye out though, MTX is coming out with another new line of amps in the future.

I found this deal on ebay...
MTX Car Audio 2) 12" Car Subwoofers/Amplifier/Sub Box for $259. is this a good deal? it's a single voice coil and the model is TNP212D. Are th ese good speakers? Do they kick hard? and are they of good quality?
what brand would you consider the best subwoofers?

yes mtx subs are one of the best out there, great sound quality and thump very well, their terriffic i would deffinatly go with that. you wont regret it.
