nitro amp

its 12 inch dual subs with a 2000W nitro amp and all i have is 2 seperate wires that have two individual wires inside them.

first u need a battery and some power wire and some aux cords and the hook up the power to the amp from the batt then hook up the aux from the radio to the amp then run the remote from the radio or to the positve on the amp and turn it on. u should have sound.

My amp when it gets hot it goes to protect then it turns back on when i turn it down

I have had this problem before. I came to notice it came from one of 2 things. Either the ohms on my subs was lower than what the amp could handle or I was trying to run my amp hard while it was bridged. My suggestions would be to just buy a good class d 1 ohm stable amp and you shouldnt have a problem with it jumping to protect on u.

im looking at buying this amp that is a Nitro and its 2,000 watts and i want to know if its going to push two kicker cvr 12's

The quality of your amplifier has nothing to do with the way it looks or what is written on it. I suspect the reason that people would say that is because they feel the power of your system should not be advertised by the text on your amp, but by the power of the sound that comes out of your speakers and/or sub woofers.
