Is there a way to max out the watts of a 760watt max pioneer car amplifier?

I just recently got a 760watt 2 channel pioneer car amp and it says it's putting out 250w x 2. I was wanting to know if you can raise the wattage to like 275 x 2 for example?
Also it says it's a 760 watt max, but with it being 760watt amps, that it should be pushing out 380w per sub

no but what are you trying to do fry your amp

how could i hook up a bassman 60 15'' (guitar) sub to a pioneer 300w car amp?

today i got a 300 watt pioneer car amp, but i have no speakers. goin and buying some good subs isnt an option rite now we just moved in to a new house and are getting on our feet. but i have a fender bassman 60 for a bass guitar with a 15'' sub in it. the back of the head on the bass amp says 110 watts but im not sure that thats the actual ammount getting to the sub. could i take the head out and hook the sub up to the pioneer amp and make it work without burning up the amp or blowing up the sub or both? i have hooked it up before with a power inverter but screw that. i will get an rca converter so i can use one of the rear speaker lines b/c theres no rca out on my deck but i know my electronics so dont give me ovbious bla bla bla. so could i put it all in my trunk for a slammin ghetto a$s system?

110 watts is most likely what the guitar amp puts out for the 15" speaker.

If you can hook the pioneer amp directly to the 15" speaker, and use an rca converter for the pioneer inputs, you will have a ghetto a$s system, but you could possibly ruin the 15" speaker, so be careful.

Does anyone have any of the moderate to nice pioneer car audio equipment..shallow subs, speakers, amps?

i got a toyota tundra doublecab 2007 and im looking to put in a new system. I can get really good deals on pioneer stuff and was wondering about the quality..especially how the new shallow subs are.

their amps are good and their speakers are OK but i don't care for their subs
for subs i would go with Kicker CVTs (they can take 50watts RMS more) and a kicker amp (kicker amps put out more wattage than they are rated for)
here is a link to Kicker products for the low http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/ Control/fp/cat/38259/SFV/30046/set_num/2
and i would go with infinity for inside speakers

what do i need to hook up 2 car amps together?

i have 2 pioneer amps that i want to hook together to run off of the same cd player in my car. what do i need to do this?

a power distribution block and if your amp doesn't have extension rca ports you will have to buy a t coupler to split the rca coming from your head unit. you will also need a relay for the remote turn on cable.

Can i connect an amp & a basstube in my Pioneer DEH-2190UB Car entertainment system?

I want to connect a 2 channel amp & a basstube to my existing pioneer car audio system. Pls tell me if that could be really done.

yes u can connect even if your basstube
is self powered(amplifed= amplifier inside basstube) or not
if it is you just need RCA cable to connect bt with back of HU and
if it is not self powered then connect your amp to HU and then basstube to amplifier.
Hope it works
