It says that it has 600 rms ,300 at 2 oms and
150 at 4oms
The kicker C12" is said to work on 150 rms
it is having trouble handling one already.
I conected a cap for more power, No change

Power caps are like a wet band-aid.

Completely useless in my eyes.

They don't give the amp more power...

If the sub is 150RMS, then give it 150RMS.

If its the amp that's having trouble with running that sub, then upgrade your amp.

it is powering is a rockford fosgate power series (1) T112D4 series sub

Disable any equalization options you have (equalizer, or an equalizer in your radio). Also make sure any "loudness" or "boost" settings are turned off. Set your filters on the amp to whatever you like, it may be a good idea to set it to what the subwoofer can handle. Turn up your radio to about 75% volume, and slowly turn up the gain on your amplifier. Continue turning the amplifier's gain up until you start to hear distortion in the subwoofer. Then, just back it off a little bit. Now you can re-adjust your equalization setting and whatever, and you're good to go.
