car dvd player tv tuner

I have a 2002 Chevy Venture. It has the stock dvd player that has audio video input jacks. Is there such a thing as a tv tuner that can plug in to the audio video jacks to pick up over the air television? I've looked around a little, but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

In effect you are looking for a set-top box that can be powered by a 12V car battery. Check in accessories for RVs or Coach busses.

i am trying to install my own mobile video system and i am having problems. How do i connect the dvd player, the tv tuner, and the video amplifier?

dont u have instructions dat come wit that kit or watever? well just hook it up like normal tvs and dvds.

when i try to play dvd vcd, dvd mp3, or most kind of music videos, music throgh dvd player and i little bit on movies i hear distorsion its noisy like if the speaker were torn apart some movies arent bad at all could i fix that or is it the dvd palyer i have volume control on it to it is a phoenix digital dvd player the tv tuner sound good it is built in

The distortion may be coming from the ground of the CD player or from some wiring making contact with ground, broken wire etc, check your connections

i bought a Jensen VM9510 in dash dvd/cd player it comes with a TV tuner, i have heard you can prewire it so it can play movies or you can watch tv while you are driving, how would i buy this or what do i need to do to make this possible?

it should have a wire for the park brake correct? well all you have to do is overide it by grounding it. (connect it to negative)

i just installed a 7inch flip up with DVD Player,Blue-Tooth, Radio TV Tuner etc etc..right but wen i put a DVD CD in to play only the sounds works. i researched around Google n found out That it might have something to do with my break line to prevent me from watch while driving. i have not connect that break line to anything because i don't know which wire to connect to. so can anyone help me please same thing on my TV tuner plays sound no picture.

just connect the wire that goes to the brake light to a 12v+ it should be long as FU3K
then the wire that goes to the parking break to a - i think
