I have just bought a 2006 Honda Accord. The in-car DVD player (Clarion) is supposed to be region 2, but will only play region 1 DVDs. Is there any way I can make it region 2 compatible? We only have 2 region 1 DVDs!! Please help!

There may be a 'region free' hack available, if there is then afterwards it will play any regions disks

not sure...it could be a defect within the unit....have it simply looked at by a pro at best buy if you cant figure it out easily....

i have a dvd player for my car with no remote to play it, the remote is discontinued and i was wondering if a universal remote can be programmed to a car dvd player to get it to work? its a clarion vs735 model plz get back to me asap

Unlike a hot wire a ground is always "on." That is to say whenever the wire is connected to the frame in one way or the other it's grounded. If nothing else just screw the wire to the frame or a componet connected to the frame.
