dvd player car holder

I don't have headrests that are adjustable and I am looking to buy a portable dvd player for the car but not sure if the holders or mounting straps they have, would work. Any ideas much appreciated!:)Thank You

Hi, Well i know that mounting straps work about 90% of the time, so..
Give it a go, if it doesnt work you could also velcro the back of the dvd screen to the seat, therefore it's removable,(doesn't attravt theives)
Efficient and should hold great!!
Might cost you a couple of dollars but hey, its a great alternative.

I want to put my laptop in my car and attach it to the front seats so my kids can watch DVD movies when we travel any amount of distance.

Is there any such product on the market?

Please dont reply telling me to buy a portable DVD player DVD player for the car!

using computer in the car is not always advisable as computer is very delicate to handle even if there is a good harness for that. just bear in mind if the road is so curvy, lot of holes, mountainous, rugged, etc.
if i were you, better buy a car navigator (GPS) that is equipped with DVD player, CD/CD-R player/MP3 player; HDD; ducking connectors such as iPod or portable players; with ducking connector for cellphone to check calls/emails on the main screen; and the like. though it's a bit expensive, but i guess it's more better and you don't need to attach and detach it anymore like of computer.
(mine cost for about $3,500dollars) but with lot more features aside from what i had mentioned above.
at any rate, there are lot of car harness depending on what type you want. check it either in car dealer shops or over the car shops.

Which car should I get?
We need a 7-passenger crossover SUV, with leather seats, optional GPS, stereo, cup holders, iPod pluggin, DVD player.. okay gass mileage, price, etc..(prefferably under 30,000, but open to options.)

(I was thinking about the Dodge Journey or Ford Flex...)

ford flex but i personally like the range rover.

Hello, about over a year ago I was using a portable dvd player in my 93 Honda Accord so I could listen to music, since my cd player died and I had no money. Well, I had the portable dvd player plugged in via cigarette lighter, and one day I pulled the car charger out of the cigarette lighter and the entire cigarette lighter pulled out of the console. I haven't fixed it and every time I drive the cigarette lighter will fall out of place and onto the cup holder area. How can I fix this? It is very annoying.

you would need to pull center console out and then unbolt dash piece that holds lighter and pull it out.tighten lighter housing and then reverse procedure to put it back together! honda tech 12yrs.
