The type of dvd player is a MDP-1810. I know that they had some recalls on there dvd players. But I was wondering if anyone knew where i can find this type of cable that would connect to your tv

you have to reset the main microprocessor. Should be in the owners guide or the service mnanual

If You want to $ave $ome Money, and are not Concerned with "Looks", Would You Consider Using an Old VCR as a Tuner? I've Done It! You might Need an RF-Modulator to Connect Between the Two. Then Again, You Might be Able to go From RCA to RCA Jacks.Go to a local TV Repair Shop to Ask. To $ave even More, They might have a "Junk" VCR with a Bad Tape Transport Unit, or Worn Video Head that You could Probably get for $10. Just make sure the Tuner Works OK.

I have a Mintek Portable DVD Player MDP-1030. On the right side of it there is an AV In jack. I was wondering if it is possible to plug in a game console into it. If so, are there any special cables I would need to buy? Also, when I click the source button, it takes me to an AUX screen, if that is any help. Thanks for the help.

The 360 and PS3 can play DVDs so you don't need a DVD player

(The Wii is the only console that can't play DVDs but then again why play thru the Wii???

There's cables you can buy to connect your portable dvd player directly to your t.v.)

My Mintek portable DVD f="/Home-Speakers/Play-Music-Through-Speakers/">player DOES turn on, but when I place DVD in it, the it doesn't spin like usual and blue screen shows "no disc".
Anybody knows what's wrong? I love this DVD player ,so I really want to fix it. It's Christmas Present from my mom!

the laser or the spindle motor is probably busted.

or maybe the door isn't closing properly or the door sensor is busted.

it's probably cheaper to buy a new one, unless you are under warranty
