You should definitely get it looked at. It shouldn't be overheating like that.

My mustek PL607 portable dvd player has no picture?

I don't know if I should try to fix this portable dvd player or just trash it. It works when plugged in to tv. It just has no picture..Any advice?


I am having the same prob with my Polaroid Portable DVD player. The disc spins, I can hear sound but no picture. just a fricken blue screen. ahhhhh. I hate technology

Does anyone know any troubleshooting techniques for my Mustek MP70C Portable DVD Player; it says "wrong region

Every time I put a DVD into the DVD Player, it will start to read the disc; it will even identify it as a DVD for a second, then it will stop and display the message "Wrong Region"; what should I do to fix this problem?
It displays the message to all DVDs, even those that I have once played before in the player. It's not because of the region codes.


You have to move to another region, then it will work!!!

Can You play a ps2 on a portable DVD player?

I have a mustek DVD player. Thers 5 imputs on the side. PHONE. COAXIAL. AV-in. AV-Out and P-SCA

yea ther arent those red yellow white imputs. is ther anything you can buy to be ablke to plug it in.
okay you know how you plug the red yellow and white audio and video things well i dont have any slots for those


If it has the inputs, it should be fine.

Portable DVD woes.It will not play anything?

I have a Mustek Pl407 portable DVD player and up until about a fotnight ago it worked fine. When i turn it on, plugged in to the mains, all is fine. Then i put a disc in and it goes through a sequence of loading,turning on and of and this is all. Anybody got any ideas?


try putting it on its side when you put the disc in, orupside down, it seems really stupid but it worked on mine
