portable car dvd

My son has a in car portable dvd player, it has the dvd player and screen and another screen, i cannot seem to get the other screen to work, what cable do i use to join them together. As you can tell i am a novice. He has lost the paperwork included.

i want to mount a portable dvd player in my sis car as she is driving to canada for summer with kids ,its 12 hrs drive ,just want to know does it`ll effect her car battery.she owns Camry 2001.
Does all portable car dvd players have same battery usage

When the car is on the road, the battery is not used except it is being charged. On the other hand dynamo replaces battery function, so there is no question of affecting car battery.

My son has an in car dvd player with two screens. He has never used it, cos he cant be bothered to set it up, I dont know what cable joins the two screens together. I get one screen working, but am unsure of what cable to use. Please help me someone...

in the box there should have been a yellow cable ( video ). plug one end into the OUTPUT of the main unit, plug the other into the INPUT of the other. As both users will have headphones ( sound ) all you need is this cable

For instance, rather than buying a new CD deck for my car, would it be smarter to just buy a portable DVD player, and record my music to DVD (in order to hold much more songs per disc). Do most portable DVD systems play audio-only discs? or am i way off track? lol

you can play regular cds on a portable dvd player or you could buy a cd player that is mp3 compatible. You can burn over 100 mp3s on to cds. I would reccomend just getting an ipod or something with a car adaptor. It holds tons of songs and you would be able to take it anywhere

My husband and I are taking our kids to Disney in June, I was wondering we have been window shopping for portable DVD players for the car. Preferably a dual. But for some reason every dual dvd player that we have seen has terrible reviews from other people. Out of chance does anyone have or know of a great dual portable dvd player for the car that you can say works great and really recommend? Thanks in advance.

My wife and I are lalso taking the kids to Disney in June and I have been shopping for a dual dvd system. I know that as a norm, you get what you pay for but there has to be a decently priced sytem that has good ratings. Keep me updated please if make a decision and I will do the same.
