Car DVD Players Answers
My husband and I are taking our kids to Disney in June, I was wondering we have been window shopping for portable DVD players for the car. Preferably a dual. But for some reason every dual dvd player that we have seen has terrible reviews from other people. Out of chance does anyone have or know of a great dual portable dvd player for the car that you can say works great and really recommend? Thanks in advance.
My wife and I are lalso taking the kids to Disney in June and I have been shopping for a dual dvd system. I know that as a norm, you get what you pay for but there has to be a decently priced sytem that has good ratings. Keep me updated please if make a decision and I will do the same.

I am looking to buy a portable DVD player for a long car ride. I am looking at the portable players that have two screens. I saw one at Sam's Club. You can use it so two people can watch the same movie on two screens, or each TV can be used separately.
I might just end up getting two separate units, one for each child. I have owned an Audiovox portable DVD player in the past, and it broke a few months later. Are there any other good brands out there? Do anyone of you have experience with the two screen type? Thank you!

Hi,
My question is what does the port called "Digital Out" do on my Venturer PVS1080G Portable DVD Player? The port is located in the back of the portable player. It is all black. Does it allow me to send out video that is currently playing in my portable player to another unit? If so, what kind of wire do I need to do it?
Thank you for your time.
That would be for your audio feed, If you have a suround system with digital sound inputs.
The cable you need would be found at wal-mart and it will be a single cable with a clear tip on it. it reads the signal through a light beam and say on the package that it is for digital audio
I have a portable DVD player the read bad disk. I used different kinds of dvd and still the same problem. My question is it worth repairing or just get a new one? Or where is a place that doesn't charge as much?
Considering portable players are selling well under $100 now, I would think the old one is probably not worth repairing.
I often take long rides and i am going to by a portable DVD player. I have not found one yet that you can attach a video game sysyem to.
it depends i have a portiple dvd player and my game systems dont work with it, it's because of the red, white and yellow cords. to connect the wii to a tv, or dvd player it has to have 3 openings, red, white, and yellow, if it doesn't, then no chance you can play, but most portible dvd players wont have it because it already has a dvd player in it and the red, white, and yellow cords are used for dvd players. I'm not 100% sure of this but i'm about 95.78% sure. Just ask someone at best buy if this makes no sence.
