Hi I bought one of those cheap DVD Bluetooth car stereos from Ebay recently but it came without an instruction manual. Any ideas where I can obtain a manual or download one from?
Im not even sure of the make of stereo but this is a link to one.

Hi Thanks for responding. Ive checked out the link and cant find a similar model to mine on there.
Ive searched the entire machine and remote and there is nothing at all on there... not even on the cables. All I could find was on the box where normal companies would have their branding it says "car entertainment" But ive looked on the net and found that its made by Flying Craft Co. Limited is a member of TONGYI GROUP LTD In china with a code of CEAV0063?!

BILL - Yes I will let you know if I have any joy with finding out more or if I get my hands on a manual for it.

It looks alot like a jvc but they normally put the jvc logo on the face. There should be a model number somewhere on it. Check the face for any letters and numbers like "rt4360". If nothing is on the face than the white sticker that's on the body should have it. If I had that number I could help more. Take a look at jvc's website and see if you find your new toy on it. http://www.mobile.jvc.com/index.jsp
Also if no luck, email me and I can walk you through setup and install. Im sure its not much different than the thousands of indashes I have installed.

I've asked my parents for a Portable TV & DVD Player, but they either have a REALLY short battery life or it's too expensive.

Is there anywhere that I can get a Portable TV & DVD Player that has a reasonable battery life (3 or more hours, or that comes with a car charger and wall charger) and where the TV displays a clear picture. By the way, I was also wondering if the player would pick up channels such as Prime, Win, ABC, SBS because I live in Australia...

AND, is it also possible that the player has a fairly large screen, so that you can actually see the movies?

I have an Onn HDMI player which I bought from ASDA. The player has a USB port on it which can be used for a number of media eg: flash/memory sticks; memory cars via card reader and portable external hardrives. I m using a Phillips 250 gb unit with a number of downloaded movies in the memory. When I plug in and select USB menu on player it throws up "unsupported USB" on screen. What I need to know is, has anyone seen or heard of firmware updates for this model of player (Model: SW2411A-DIVX). Anybody help - cheers!!

I assume that you are using an external Hard Drive with this.

Is it formatted as NTFS? if so, this probably won't work. It will need to be in FAT32 format.

I don't think there will be any firmware updates for the DVD player.

A good friend of mine has one, and he loves it. He said he had a little trouble getting installed, but other than that, he loves it.
