ok, I own a sad excuse for a laptop. Im not really sure what the model is, Underneath the laptop there is a sticker that says Clevo Company. Model No. D4005 . the computer has WIndows Xp Home Edition or at least that is what the dude I bought it from may have downloaded into it. Here is my question. It is probably a dumb question but that is the reason I am asking people that know computers very well or even do IT, or computer sales for a living. I used to have an apple Laptop until it just crashed once and for all. I recently got laid off along with 65 other employees when my company sold out to the Japanese. They fired every one of us. Plus, each employee working in advertising or research was given a very nice Dell for work and personal use. Well,we had to return those as well. OK, since I am broke. I called a used computer store here in Maryland. I bought this laptop or 35 bucks. Yeah, that is an incredible deal. But, it isn't as good of a deal as you thing. The computer works great. The Problem is the screen on the laptop is shot. It doesn't work at all. SO, the guy that sold me the laptop gave me a 20 inch PC Monitor made by SONY. It really has a great picture but trying to take it on vacation or anywhere else is just to much work. The monitor weighs like 60 pounds. Sorry for all the background and babbling. I am looking at these speakers that I used to use on my APPLe desktop. They were really expensive.I just don't see any outlet or opening anywhere on this so called CLEVO laptop. Is there any way to buy an attachment that hooks on the laptop or maybe even to the plug part of the speakers. Both connect together by 2 3 foot small cables jointed by one nipple/plug for the computer. All the holes on my laptop seem to be just a little big. I don't know about the connector of mac speaker.But all pc speakers have same connectors.So get a normal a speaker and try it out.

It would really help if you told us what you were planning on using your PC for, as some tasks require a better PC than others, and this computer seems a bit extreme for everyday use, e.g. games and browsing the internet. Also, I can't imagine anyone ever needing 4 monitors, perhaps 2 would suffice? A single 5970 is also more than enough.

The weakest part of your laptop is the video adapter. Geforce Go 6150 is just weak/slow integrated graphics that only share memory from system RAM. Go 6150 is even slow for Sims3.
