audiobahn speakers

I have three 12 inch audiobahn speakers and a 1300w amp that are about 4 years old but were never really used too roughly. I think they were some type of special edition, they have flames on the amp and speakers. Anyway I was wondering about how much I could sell them for.

I would buy that for $700-$1200. Start high, and if no one buys, drop the price.

It looks that you have the ALUM12N - Audiobahn 12" 2000 Watt Dual 6-Ohm Subwoofer new each retail for $250.00 a subwoofer.

I would advertise each subwoofer for $125 to $150 each. Depending on the amp you are running and how many watts it puts out. Not knowing the model of the amp I can’t give you an exact price but I would say $175 to $200 for the amp.

So if you are going to also add in the box total for all I would say $650 to $750 total with the box.. You could get $75.00 to $100.00 for the box.

I would recommend looking around on ebay to see what subs or amp is going for that will give you a better idea and understand how much you could get.

The problem it’s hard to sell car audio equipment for what you pay for it. The subs retail for $250 but the store is making is a lot on its profit so for selling it to a store you will get much less because they could buy the subwoofer wholesale for say example if a subwoofer cost $70 to $90 wholesale they can turn around and sell it for $175 to $200 that’s a big profit.

I have a deal for two used 12s audiobahn speakers and a insignia amp that pushes 1000 watts for only $200 is that a good deal?? any suggestions on what kind of speakers and amp i should get??

for 200 thats not a bad price if you like the subs and your amp are close to the same rms and ohms then i dont see why not...but some times you get what you pay 4.but myself i like the audiobahn subs..not the flame series ive got 2 high excursion awq 12's and i like them better than kickers..its just prefure them thats all

I bought Audiobahn acs2068p Speakers that came with a 12dB matched component crossover box. What exactly does this do to the speakers?

A matched component crossover not only divides the sound into highs and lows, but also alters the speakers frequency responses to match each other, making them sound a little more like one speaker instead of two. It's a bad idea to replace it with a different crossover unless you really know what you're doing.
