i can get the pair for like $20, thats why im wondering if its worth it to change my stock speakers in my 2001 toyota camry which are pretty good as they are.

The ones I bought are Polk and the deck is Jensen. Four speakers and the deck which is XM/IPOD capable for $650 out the door. Is that too much? I think they sound like crap inside my car. They're not much better than the factory stuff that came in my 2002 Nissan Exterra. And now my door rattles when I turn the music up and its not even that loud. How do I tell which speakers are better than others? Is it apparent in the price - the higher the price, the better the speaker? Are Infinity and Alpine better?

Polk's an awesome brand, and they make awesome speakers. If I were you, i'd buy a new deck like a Sony or an Alpine. Jensen doesn't make the best stuff anymore. It's probably just your receiver.

ok i have a 2001 gmc jimmy and i want to fix it up i need new speakers and i want to put i 12' sub in the truck what all do i need to do to i seen on the computer i could get a 12' jensen dual sub for 135.00$ and i dont need the greatest speakers just something to give off a nice bass sound when iam riding how much will it cost to install new speakers and sub?

NO, they are Jensen, the same low quality as Dual, Boss, Audiobahn, Craig, Audiovox, Sony, Aiwa, i think you get the point.

GOOD brands are, Alpine, Infinity, Treo, Boston, Focal, Diamond Audio and some Pioneers.

For the price you can get a much better pair of speakers on eBay. There are Kicker, Pioneer, Clarion, and Kenwood speakers for under $60 shipped. and they are much better than Jensen!
