Are there any car in-dash flat touch-screen multimedia systems.?

I want to install an lcd multimedia system in my that is capable of playing music through mp3/aux/usb maybe with gps other capabilities. Around a 7" touchscreen monitor. However, I don't really want cd/dvd capability and the depth that comes with it. I would prefer a flat screen without to much depth. I have considered mounting an onboard computer system with a touchscreen monitor (is this a good way to play music?). Or are there any other flat screen multimedia systems out there?

choosing a car dvd/cd player?

i would like to buy a tft touchscreen cd/dvd player to replace a stock car player. i would like it to have a monitor that tucks away that is 7 inches. it needs to be able to play dvds,cds, and it needs to be ipod compatible!! i don't care about the other stuff like gps and tv and what not. ideally i would like to pay not much more than $300. so based on these things what products would you suggest? thanks in advance
