is there a website or number i can go to for gps tracking system on my cell phone? cause i lost it and id really love to find it!! plz and thnkz

how do i track my kids phones on the net without having to go through Verizon? They offer a service that is ridiculous because they tell your kids you are tracking them. So if my teenager knows this they will just shut off there phone or leave it at there friends house.

The problem you have is....you need a receiver capable of listening to the correct satellite signal and then translating that with information you can use.

The dude ahead of me gave two sites. One does not work, but the other only gives a city locale, which could be useful, but unless someone else out there knows a way around this, I think this is the best you will do.

Greedy companies like at&t know you are stuck and if you want the capability of utilizing gps then they will make you PAY for it. Everyone wants to charge you for every single solitary thing known to man.....so, as a result it makes things like this difficult.

Your kids' cell phones report their location to a satellite, and that signal is what you need....you need a device, like I said, that can capture it, interpret it and then display it with useful info.....that's what you need, but.....always a but......I am not sure if you can acquire such a device, and if you can.....at what cost. Again....it all comes back to money. It's a shame, but that's how things stand for you.

I know this isn't useful, but I thought understanding what you're dealing with might help in some way.

In order to gps track anything (phone, vehicle, etc) it must be registered in your name to be legal. I would be wary of scams associated with this type of google search/internet search.

My mom got me a cellphone for my birthday 26 days ago. It cost 300 dollars. Me and my friend walked to Sub Way today and when we got home, I noticed that I didn't have my cell phone. I walked back and forth from Sub Way to my house 5 times! I didn't find it. I'm so sad because I feel like I wasted my moms money and my mom isn't getting me another cell phone! I've been crying non stop since this happened this afternoon. How can I track down my cell phone with a GPS? I am willing to give my number if someone else can do it for me.

go to your provider and ask them if they can do it some mobile phones have a gps thingy in them so if they get stolen or lost you can track them down

I'm 18 and don't want my dad tracking my cell phone with his GPS. I have a feeling he is tracking my brothers but I don't know about mine. I also wanted to know if it was legal to track my cell phone without my consent if I am an adult?

I think it's wrong. And to find out you could try to do the sneaky thing and look through papers and phone bills or you could ask him if he does. If he doesn't addmit it then try to keep on asking him until he cracks. And then you could put your phone in a very strange place and see if he comes or try to create a trap to lure him out.
