I'd choose Boost without a doubt. they have great reception and that plan is amazing. I've sold so many boost mobile phones and service to my customers. I'd choose Boost even over metroPCS.

I have ATT prepaid with a Samsung A117 phone and I have no problems at all with it. I like ATT because of rollover minutes and the coverage is good where I live. The phone is nothing special, but it gets the job done. You can get a fancier phoneif you want to pay the extra money. Stay away from Alltel and Virgin Mobile. They suck.

Is it legal for my employer to track my off the clock?

Is it legal for my employer to track me off the clock? My employer provided cell phones with push to talk capabilities, but not cell access. I can understand him tracking me on the clock, and even though I dont like it, I know its completely legal. I know for certain that the cell phone carrier is actually using triangulation to figure out our location, instead of traditional GPS. I also know that each time we turn on our phones, my boss recieves a text message telling him what time the phone was turned on. Well today, my coworker told me that he clocked out at 3:30, his appointed time, and watched the GPS on his phone constantly update, even as he sat in his recliner at home. This got me curious, and I turned on my phone at 7:40 P.M., I checked it at 7:50 P.M., and the GPS had registered that it was checked at 7:47 P.M. while I was at home, off the clock. I get off of work at 4:30 P.M. It's a Nextel i355 phone.

No, your employer can not track you during any time you are not actively doing business. However in this case I doubt he is actually tracking you. It seems to me that the phone is automatically tracking you and I would be willing to bet your boss has no idea. The best bet is to ask your boss about the tracking features. If he says he is tracking you then you may want to seek legal counsel. If you find out through other means that he is tracking you, seek legal counsel. But if the phone is just doing random tracking as a feature and he has no clue then I wouldn't wory about it.

What is the best text messaging (qwerty keyboard) phone?

I currently have an iPhone, but I find myself text messaging for than talking. And in my opinion, texting with a virtual qwerty keyboard is not that great. I find it kind of annoying. Once my contract ends with AT&T, I am going to get a new phone. In addition, I already have a 32gb iPod Touch (the new one) so having 2 devices in my pocket with the same software seems quite odd.

So my question is, what type of messaging phone should I get? It has to have a qwerty keyboard. It can be from any service and the price does not really matter. Full HTML browser would be a big plus for me. If not, then the iPod Touch can take care of that. =)

I've looked up a few phones and I seem to like the:

- Blackberry Curve: but where I live, everyone has one and I kind of want to be different. I'll admit, it is a nice phone. The new Curve 8350 is supposed to come out pretty soon as well. I do not like how the 8350 is more of a push-to-talk phone.

- Blackberry Bold: very nice screen and simple ui, but it seems too big.

- Samsung Rant: excellent text messaging phone, but it feels like too much of a downgrade from my iPhone.

- Sidekick LX: another excellent messaging phone, but it lacks wi-fi, gps, and its big. I'm not a big fan of the 2008 Sidekick by the way. Plus, it's kind of hard to hide text messaging during school. hehe. Not that I do it. xD

- Helio Ocean: i like the dual-slider, but it is an old phone. I also heard the Ocean 2 is supposed to have a touch-screen.

I don't really like the Glyde because it's more of a "chick phone," plus the touch screen isn't very responsive. The EnV2 and Voyager are definitely out of my list because I hate having the "space" key on the right side. It just feels unnatural to me.

Please help. Thank you.

I would suggest the blackberry curve, but I understand you want a different phone so,
why not get the T-mobile G1? Its a legit phone, full qwerty keyboard you can slide out.
Or I recommend HTC touch phones like the HTC Touch Pro or HTC touch diamond, also very nice phones :)

Please help. What is a good cellphone to get?Have to replace old one i got last year...?

Would lyk to hve all if not more specifications like my old phone..
