My dad just got new satnav called navman s20 and it came with usb cable and cd rom. can someone give me step by step guide of how to install the files into the device. Also do i need a memory card sd to save the files becuase i did not get one included. Thanks.

I just got this used Navman S30. Its' starting to become sluggish and laggy and usually shuts off by its self. Where can I find a full update if not the full programming to reinstall on it?

How do I perform a hard reset on this unit? Upon turning on the GPS it randomly selects a route and wont let me enter my own information. Is there a way to do a factory restore on these?
