is there a map for Libya on any GPS software for PDA'a ? spechially if u provide me with the link to download it thaaaanks.


You may have to / can make your own if you want a free map. There are GPS sites that explain how to.

If you are just looking for a free map of Libya, I got mine from an old ebook that I keep on my Palm TX, "2002 CIA Worldbook".

You can also try Google Earth on PC or Google Mobile Maps and explore Libya via satellite.

How can I run maps from pda's destinator gps software on pc??

I need to use maps of ireland and uk offline without gps connection... offline on my pc. Any ideas?? I have destinators maps but it can be diffrent software... I just need maps on my laptop to serch for places and how to get there.... Republic of IRELAND and UK.

GPS software for PDA in Malaysia?

Hi there,

I currently have mapking GPS software on my phone(HTC TyTN) which is a windows mobile 5 phone and I use a bluetooth GPS receiver. I switch back and fourth between the Mapking and Malsing maps. I find the mapking software to be a bit quirky on my phone and the malsing maps aren't terribly accurate sometimes(as far as calibrations to GPS coordinates).

My question is, is there any other gps nav software for PDAs, or a relatively inexpensive(less than 2000RM) gps nav system(like garmin maybe?) for Malaysia?

    It is my third day with the BlackBerry Curve 8520 and so far the general experience has been positive in almost every area. I’m going to break down the various parts as usual and highlight the good and bad of a BlackBerry which defies the previous pricing logic asserted with devices like this and see how useful it is in the real world.

    General Performance (9/10)

    No complaints here. It is fast all of the time (no lags anywhere) and the included memory is more than enough to keep things running smoothly. The original Curves suffered from low memory, but the 8520 has over 100MB free at start-up and this makes all of the difference. Videos run smoothly and even intensive games (intensive in the BlackBerry gaming world anyway) work without issue.
