I have a laptop, PDA, GPS and MP3 player, all of which are used at least daily.

You can - but only onto it's external (SD or CF) cards - as you'll need a lot of space to install all the software.

This system will be polled periodically via a cellular modem for the GPS coordinates. Essentially, everyone I ask has mapping software,but no way of getting raw coordinates.

You can try DeLorme with the GPS or Microsoft Streets and Trips with GPS. I've tried them both and both have coordinates in real time

Last year I bought a small gps receiver to use with my PocketPC and I connected it with TomTom but my PocketPC broke. Now I have a mini-laptop and i'd like to somehow use it in the car for the same purpose. Does anyone know if there is software for windows xp that would allow me to do that? doesnt have to be tomtom.

Have a look at the Tom Tom Home software from Tom Tom.
From memory I think you'll find that this will let you view the Tom Tom output.

I have a GPS with the Route66 GPS navigation software. I have the Australian map on it, But i would like the USA one as well but i can't find it anywhere.
Where can i find a maps which are compatible on Route66?
Or any other addons or voices i can use on my system.
I have Route66 for PocketPC BTW and my OS is Win CE 4.2.
