Probably most of them.

You haven't said what software you're going to use so there's no way of knowing what device would be supported, but generally speaking, anything with a NMEA compatible output should work.

yes, you need an extenal bluetooth gps receiver, as of right now. i have heard the htc is releasing a patch to enable the gps that is internal. as of right now the internal gps is only used for 911 purposes. there are hacks out there that will enable it though. check out phonenews.com they have a good hack to do it, although it's complicated. if you are a basic user don't worry about it, but if you are pretty experienced, check it out.

what is a gps enabled phone? Does it mean a phone with either "Internal or external gps reciever"? I want to try out Mologogo service but this phone but not sure how do they define "gps enabled phone". Thanks


For that phone you used to have to buy a seperate GPS Bluetooth receiver to be able to use services such as Telenav or any other GPS service, however now HTC has released a new ROM version for the phone so that you can use GPS on the phone without the receiver.....you will go to

I have a bluetooth gps receiver for my sprint ppc-6700 smart phone. I was looking for some good software that is also reasonably cheap, I bought the receiver thinking it came with software but it only gave me diagnostics cd, so i have it synced/working with phone just need software....please help


iguidance is pretty good, 99 dollars, i am not sure how much cheaper you will be able to get with out it being total crap.
