ok i have an amp i just downloaded for my pc speakers and i need to know how to work an equalizer on the bottom of every volume button it says 60,170,310,1k,3k,6k,12k,14k,16k,boost, and on the left hand side going down from up it says -20 dB,0 dB, and +20 dB. these are my computer speakers.. http://techgage.com/article/logitech_x-2 40_21_music_center_speakers/2 those are the exact same kind i have please help thanks@
Well, you don't really have to adjust any of them if you don't want to but here it goes.
It starts left to right like you said. The lower numbers to the left represent lower frequencies "bass", as the 310, 1k, 3k, represent more vocal and "mid range" frequencies, and 12k, 14k, and 16k represent higher frequencies mostly represented by the tweeters and better known as the "treble" adjustments.
You would adjust them according to your liking but in this standard action. Keep your 60 and 170 mid to low (0db to -10db), 310 and 1k at 0db to +5db, 12k at +5db and 16k at +10k or so. This is the "standard" wave look of most eq's but like I said, it depends on your taste. You can play around with it as much as you want, but I would stick with the standard settings for optimum performance and to save your speakers from distortion and too much bass. To keep them from blowing out.

The googled lyric results are phonetically guessed, and it doesn't sound quite like that to me. I'm hoping some Cantonese speakers like his music! You can limewire the song though, it's pretty cool.
I LOVE MC LARS!
I LOVE THAT SONG!
Sorry, I can't help you...but I wish I knew.
Ok, I've been thinking of some of my music I made were a bit unique coz I dunno what genre shud they be. Anywayz I've made some of 'em back when i was 18 and now I'm 21 and I usually don't like be part of a band but i do like being with people who is also a 1 man band like those DJs, the only thing is that I create music from SCRATCH using my Multimedia PC and my Keyboard and a bunch of very loud speakers and subs. I don't usually record my voice as I am not a good singer but a great music producer, well that's what I think though.
Now all I want to know 1st is can I pass my composed music(w/out my voice) since it is much like techno, big-beat or soundtrack alike style. So how will I start to expose my composed music?
Will I pass them to any Radios? Will they play it?
Play it on a Club? Will the DJs want to play it?
I want to expose it 1st locally so that all clubs and radio stations will know my music.

Best thing to do is make a sampler CD of about 8-10 tracks to give to radio stations and DJs.
Put sticker on the front of the CD case that recommends 1 or 2 tracks that you think are the best. These will probably be the only tracks that are listened too by DJs.
Send it to radio stations and DJ's that play similar music. If you don't have a distributor or a record label behind you it's much harder to get air time. (the fact is payola is still alive and well)
If you send out 100 copies you might get lucky and have 1 person play it.

Throw out bad speakers?
I used to save a few, but any more I just toss them. I have one of those little roll around mechanics tool carts - steel thing with wheels and a few drawers. I have a variety of old speaker magnets stuck to the sides of that. I pried them off dead speakers. Whenever my screwdrivers lose their magnetism, I pull one off there and stroke the screwdriver across it to recharge its magnetism. I don;t really need 20 magnets to cover that occasional need, but what the hell, it was fun to collect them. Every now and then I find some kid who really appreciated a big magnet to screw with.
