I want to Trade in my old Monitor Audio BR2 , Does anyone know any Hi Fi shops that let you do this ?

They do, almost every pure HiFI dealer will take them off your hands, but MA BR2's are a current model and still very highly regarded, you'll get a better price selling privately and no shortage of takers.

You can, but make sure your power converter supports the max Wattage of your receiver.

I have sourced a manufacturer of quality Pro Audio Equipment in China. They are considering making me a UK dealer for the products they make, for example Line Array Speakers and Amplifiers and Audio delay processors.
Would it be up to me to sort out import duties for products they send me? And if so... what tariff would these products come under? so, what taxes and duties would i have to pay?
I need this info to know a ball park figure at what costs i would be looking at.
Any business advice would be greatly appreciated.

both import duty and vat will be your responsibility as the importer. also as a trader you'll have to register with uk customs to be able to import goods for sale to uk market.

as for how much, there are thousands of classifications of goods these days for tax purposes so the best advice i can give is to contact the uk customs advice people on 0845 010 9000. they can advice you on import procedures, who's liable for what tax, how to declare goods and talk about this registration thing.

The VGA is coming from my Xbox 360 and the speakers are logitech (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-970285- 0120-X-240-Speakers-2-1/dp/B000RY58PG/re f=pd_sxp_grid_i_0_2). The cable the speakers come with is the size of a headphone socket. Is there a converter that will allow me to change the 2 vga audio outputs to a headphone output?

You need to connect the speakers to the headphone jack on the xbox.

The VGA connector has nothing to do with audio - it is video only.

If you want to connect the speakers to RCA (red/white) audio outputs, you can get adapters for that.
