Capture Speakers Audio

I am trying to capture the audio that goes to speakers and save it, like listening to the audio device - or duplicate the received audio - , and record every sound that in his way to the speaker - not a mic - Thanks a lot.

How to record audio straight from your your computer. !IMPORTANT! If your computer does not have stereo mix look for wave out mix.

All the ones I've tried thus far record significantly over-deviated audio and even when you adjust the recording volume, it doesn't seem to help much. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How can I "capture" the audio (any audio) that is enamting from the speakers (sound card) of my pc? For instance: If I'm listening to an audio stream of a church sermon or a favorite classic rock radio station in Anchorage Alaska - how do I record it? Can I do with with any common playing software like Media Player or Real Audio?

i need to caputre the sound frm my speakers..without using the mic or any other such device...

actually i want to play songs in the conference....
if there is any soft that can do this then plz.. tell me...

during voice chatting we all play songs...and for that we need to put the mic near the speakers to capture the sound...this makes the quality bad...

I do that all the time. I use a line in cord.. i dont know if that is considered hardware. But i plug it into the mic slot on the computer and into the headphone slot on my music player.
