Yea, that's way better than my computer. You have a decent processor, 2.5 GHz, 4 gigs of RAM :D and you have the drives I see. You also have some pretty good programs pre-installed for media stuff later on. What I would say is that you just replace McAfee with something like Avast or AVG or Avira for anti-virus.
Although I do like Macs, ignore the guy that answered with MAC, you have a good computer for the average and above person.
Well here is a demo of all of my speakers, I still need to tune it a little, but it sounds way better already. The rattling you hear is a light on ...
I got an iPOD Nano for Christmas. I'm not very electronically savvy (which is why I just asked for an MP3 player for Christmas and let my family pick which one I should get!) I know if I go to the Apple store they'll try to get me to spend a ton of money, which I don't have - the main things I'd like to use it for are as a home stereo and in the car. My sister got me the iBlaster Orb speakers and they seem ok, but I'm willing to return it and upgrade a little (she got it from Bed Bath and Beyond). I'd like to spend no more than $75 on the speakers and $50 on the car system (and my tape deck sucks, so I need one that goes through the radio). I work at Borders and get a 33% discount and I know they do carry some accessories compatible w/ iPods...so, Please...just tell me what to get! Thanks!
i had a nano before. now i have an ipod video 60gb.
read the article on http://www.apple.com/ipodnano
i had one and you should know to never ever drop it! i don't know what bad things will happen but don't drop it. good luck with case covers cuz ipods scratch easily, very easily. you might need a charger "the Apple iPod USB Power Adapter" (( http://store.apple.com/1-800-my-apple/we ... )) another useful tip, don't put album art. its not worth the memory wasted to put photos on the ipod. atleast i think so.
one time, i tried to put my nano in my jacket pocket, right, well the pocket was a pocket at all and my nano fell to the floor! it was like a movie and a scene was going real slow and i was saying "nooooooo......" luckily it still worked. kuz them nano's are so small i couldn't hold on to it. plus my hands get dry easily so its a bit slippery. don't get armbands. i mean you could but your arm may be too small for it. and when i've been looking for one, i read a lot of bad reviews about them from girls who say that their arms are too small for the band. thats all the tips i know. i didn't have the nano long enough to find out any more tips cuz i gave it up to my dad to get the 60GB ipod video.

I know this is long...but PLEASE help!!
I went to look at cars at the place that my mom and I bought our first 'nice' cars from. We traded in my mom's Forenza for a 2000 Tiburon (I know it's not the best car, but I have always wanted to drive one) and now she drives my car. (2008 Yaris) We were looking at a 2008 Tiburon but I don't like brand new cars. I am only 19 after all. So we did the trade, and when I was looking at the car I mentioned that I was interested in one we looked at earlier that had an amp, subs and nice stereo system already installed. (It was sold, so I obviously couldn't get it.) The guy that sold us our cars told me that he would willingly have all the stereo Equipment put in the car at his expense. We thought that sounded like a great deal. Plus he said he could do it within a reasonable time, like before the end of the week. We called him the next day, like he said, and he was not working. So we called him the day after that and he gave us a number of someone to call. We called the guy and he told us that he only installs the faceplates and nothing else. We told the dealer and he told us he would look around to see what he could do. Plus the number for the guy he gave us wasn't even a good deal, it was just like going to an auto stereo shop and getting one ourselves. ($200 for a JVC I haven't even seen + labor..which was not included.) Almost two weeks later, today, I was told to come into the dealership so someone could look at the radio and see what would work in my car. (Oh yeah, and the radio that is in already...the volume wont turn down and turns on when I go over bumps so it scares me by randomly turning on and blasting out the speakers....the volume is to the max..I can do nothing but turn it off.) He told me to come back after 5:30...which I did. He was not there. He went home as I was told. And the mechanic guy that supposedly works on the stereos goes home after 5. And all this after telling me that he felt sorry and he would for sure be able to get it done within the next 24 hours? pshh..The guy that helped me this time was very rude and was all 'yeah, the buttons don't work, its not turning down...' NO SH!T?! I was very polite to the man and he gave me this attitude like I had done something horribly wrong by asking what kind of stereo they could replace it with. He then told me that I would just have to buy another one. This is really frustrating to me and I even told him how the original dealer who wasn't there had told me he would get the whole set up installed at his discount.
So what should I do? Should I demand I get this stereo thing set up within the week? Should I complain...what should I do? Ah, this is so frustrating...please some advice on how to deal with this salesman..
You should be done with the salesman as he really has little power to help you. Management needs to assist you. Go to the dealer and ask to talk to the general sales manager or the dealer principal (owner). They are the ones that can make the decision. You should be able to get an acceptable head unit and installation for under $200. The bottom line for the dealer, assuming they care, is that you and your mom will spend more money there in the future...but only if you're cared for now.
