This is what im planning on buying. I am very new to the whole surround sound deal. First one in my life haha. I've read lots of reviews and heard wonderful things about this company and speaker system. I wish to purchase this unit but need advice on hooking it up.
First off does it come with everyone i need? ex: wires,stands,mounts etc..
I've looked for a while and cant find anything that says what comes in the box.
If it doesnt come with anything but the speakers what else would I need to set it up?

It should. However, I would suggest not getting the sub (unless looks are much more important than a full performance). The sub is not up to snuff with the rest of the system.

I suggest that you get an Hsu Research powered sub instead to complete the bottom end performance.

If you plan to use the receiver as a central hub for your system make double sure it will connect to your sources but that HDMI and HDCP is compliant.

Putting together a middle of the road home theater system. TV is handled. Now onto the audio. Already bought an Onkyo AV receiver spent 500 bucks and love it so far. Am still using the same speakers I have had since I was 15. Amazingly they still sound OK. Question is on a good brand. I include the price of the receiver in this question to kind of set the bar. No since putting 3000 dollar B&W speakers with a 500 dollar amp. Any feedback on good speakers in this range. Examples... Yamaha, Klipsch, Polk, Cerwin Vega, JBL, KEF??? Any other I have not heard of. When looking these up on the web It gets a little ridiculous.

Get the $3k B&Ws. Or Dynaudio, Thiel, NHT, Sonus Faber, Vandersteen, anything you can find at a real hifi store. They will last forever, they will hold their value, they will make a $500 receiver sound better than anything else. You can upgrade other components for years and still not reach the potential of such speakers. They are an investment. Polk, Klipsch, Cerwin Vega (please) aren't worth whatever you pay for them.

before i owned a pair of wharfdale tower speakers but noticed as time went on there quality went downhill, producing speakers using cheaper materials(cutting corners) so i decided to try something new........i had a look at bose(better sound through living) and found the audio amazing but at the same time a little expensive,so i go looking and find a small but decent set of !!KEF!! which i have never heard of .the sound is better than wharfdale and a lot cheaper than bose..so basiclly all i want is your opinion........IS KEF A DECENT BRAND FOR AUDIO SPEAKERS?( i think so but would like your opinion) !!!serious answers only please!!

Kef have been making loudspeakers for 47 years and are based in Maidstone in Kent.

They have a long standing, very good reputation for making fine sounding, well made loudspeakers. And not just entry level or budget ones either - their current top-of-the range reference speaker sells for around £10,000!!

You have made a very good choice, especially when compared to Bose (Buy Other Stereo Equipment). Bose are poorly made, sound lousy and are grossly overpriced for what you get. But they do have the world's best marketing team...

Does audio person out there know if the KEF 2005.2 speaker set loud/suitable for home theater system in relatively large room, about 14 feetx20 feet?

The 2005.2 is capable of filling a large, 500-square-foot home theater with sound.

You should be good to have this in your room that is 280 sq ft in area.
