Live Sound Speakers

I play folk music live (i.e. no big bass sound). I hate lugging my big speaker cabinets around. I was considering using home theater speakers instead, something like the bose 301s.

Can anyone shed some light on whether this would be a good idea or not? My amplifier puts out only 200 watts.

Jack - I would not recommend it but you could try it. You will need to be careful because your PA amp can blow your nice Bose speakers pretty easily. PA speakers are made to put up with abuse - home speakers are not made for that.

A good option would be to get some smaller, lighter PA speakers. They make some great, small PA speakers these days:

I mistaken while installing audio drivers. I used CD of another Motherboard. later I installed successfully with right CD.But My Sound recording device became Realtek HD Audio Output(which should be Input). It is helpful me to record sound from .EXE.But how to do it?also tell me how to change it to Input?

you should remove your driver software and restart then install ur correct mother board audio driver.

then use music juke box it is very usefull to system mixer recording, input recording i mean sound input from another device and mic recording i mean recorning from ur system mic.

I have a toshiba satellite 200/G01 notebook. Anyway i would like to be able to speak through my mic and then the live sound go through the speakers.

NOTE: I CAN RECORD AND THE SOUND IS THERE BUT NO LIVE SOUND.

Because if there was live sound, all you'd get is feedback. This is due to the fact that the the speakers and mic. on a notebook laptop are pretty close together.
Get yourself an external mic. and don't sit so close to the speakers.

I dont have a regulary microphone and speaker, but i do have a computer mic and speaker. I want to record sound into the mic, and have it play on the speaker loudly as im recording. But on my computer, when i record, it only records, but doesn't play the sound.I want the sound to play as im talking like it would with like, a concert microphone.

Dbl click on the speaker icon in your system tray. Go to options and then properties. Select "recording" and then choose the option that gives you what you are looking for.
