Music Loudspeakers

Hi all,

I am interested in what you think about people playing music through speakers on public transport (and especially the amount that use those mp3 player phones)

It really irritates me to hear "dj xxxxx" over my earphones when I have the decency to play my music quietly.....

I feel the Transprt companies should ban use of loudspeaker music playing on their trasport for the sake of other passengers....

What are your views on this ?

In Houston, riders aren't allowed to play their music on the bus. It's clearly marked up front and drivers will stop and ask you to leave if you can't respect the rules. If you refuse to leave, the Metro cops will arrive and arrest you.

I never had one issue with loud music in Houston...

Try replacing the power cord. It sounds like you may have a short.

a friend of mine would like to listen his Ipod Touch music through
my laptop's loudspeaker? can we do this by simply connecting
the usb plug into the laptop ?

if itunes is installed in ur laptop then itll be as easy as 1-2-3.....but if not u have to store it to ur ipod's disk drive......

Whenever Disneyland closes for the evening, the park plays the same piece of music over the loudspeakers throughout the park signalling everyone to leave. Does anyone know the name of the music or where I can purchase a copy of it?

Unless it has changed again recently, there is no music that plays at the closing of Disneyland. They just have an Announcement that basically says "Disneyland has ended it's normal operating day........."

Now, in the past they did have the Disney Characters say goodnight and sing the ending song to the Mickey Mouse Club and then When you Wish upon a star played.

The link below is what you might be thinking of. It does not show a date it was recorded, but you can defiantly tell it is old as at that time the Main Street Shops only stayed open for an additional 30 minutes. They now stay open for an additional hour.
