My friend your question is incomplete
which device u are talking about?
but its seems u are talking about your PC if so
first thing i will like to tell you that all new mother boards which supports more than two channels does not have in built amplifiers that why you are getting low sound if you want loud sound try external speaker system with amplifier
Next thing you are getting noise because in your recording volume property linein is enabled please disable it. and try.

What is the best impedance level for a home audio system's speakers?

I am thinking of getting a new home audio system, and I was wondering what I should look for in the impedance of my reciever's output and speakers.

I know it's measured in Ohms, usually 4,6, or 8, but which would give the best perfomance? I'm looking for the most accurate audio reproduction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also, I'm not looking to spend over $600 for the system. The best impedance rating withing this budget...

8 ohms is pretty much standard. 6 ohms is fine too. 4 ohm speakers will be easier to drive, but may cause some amplifiers to overheat...

how do i set up my monitor speakers?

i have windows vista, and my speakers audio levels fluctuate on their own. i think i need new speakers, but before i get them how can i set up my pc to use my monitor's speakers? the only other option i see under sound manager is realtek digital audio but that doesnt seem to be it. any ideas?

well first you need a sound cable going from your speaker output on your computer to the sound input on the back of your monitor.

This cable should have 2 male 1/8" stereo jacks on both ends, and usually the ends are green

one most likely came with your monitor

if you don't have it then go to radio shack, best buy, etc

When wirimg a speaker level 1/4 jack (audio), can i use a TRS jack or does it have to be mono?

how would the TRS jack be wired? (positve, negative, ground)?

Just use the tip and ground and ignore the center conductor if you're stuck with a 3 conductor plug. The grounds are always far enough back on the jack to hit the ground portion of the plug.

What is a good entry level receiver for A/B audio switching?

I'd like an entry level receiver that allows A, B, and preferably A+B audio options for multi-room audio. A Home Theater in a Box would be acceptable.

There will be 3 rooms, each with two ceiling speakers. "A" would be for all three rooms, and "B" would be for one room only. It would preferably have a CD player attached as well.

Does anyone know a good quality entry-level receiver with this capability for around $200, or a 5.1 Home Theater system for around $400?

A+B is going to present a low impedance to the amplifier. The lower the impedance, the closer it comes to being a direct short - and you know what happens when you have a short in an electrical circuit- something goes POP! (Hopefully a fuse or circuit breaker.) As impedance goes lower, the system power supply needs to provide additional current to the amplifier. When it comes to power supplies (the foundation of any component), some of the best affordable receivers with good, solid power supplies come from Onkyo. (I have found that www.accessories4less.com has unbeatable prices on Onkyo receivers.)

A decent rule of thumb is the weight of the component, because the transformer (the foundation of the power supply) tends to be the heaviest thing in the box. If a company has skimped on the transformer, it will feel noticeably lighter than a similar product. (Note that the weight is not *always* a reliable indicator but often times it is.)

The transformer also produces heat and so requires ventilation. You can usually spot it by looking in through the vent holes in the top of the cabinet.

  • Buy Cheap Home Speakers

  • Brand new dpx11551 for sale 1570rms

They are $699.99 msrp and not rated as watts like cheap amps. This amp is rated in rms like kicker amps are. These are serious grade competition amplifiers. Look them up and see for yourself , Its the best clarion amp and most powerfull money can buy. Sure you can go spend $600 on the same true wattage as a kx1500.1 But whats the point when these are underrated also for a quarter of the price. "Clarions DPX Hybrid series feature Class G/H technology to deliver maximum power whenever you need it. By regulating the power supply voltage according to the input signal, this allows for the efficiency of a Class D amplifier with the sound quality of an A/B design.
