There are 2 ways to do this.
1) Take the original volume control from the radio and extend it to the handlebars by adding a cable of some sort. A "ribbon cable" with the appropriate number of conductors (usually 5 or 6) is a good candidate.
2) Wire a stereo high-wattage volume control directly to the speakers and mount it on the handlebars. Such a volume control is called a "T-Pad," and is available at local electronics stores such as Radio Shack. A book with instructions on how to do it should be available there as well. Be sure to get a stereo T-Pad, and make sure it matches the wattage of the radio output, as well as the impedance of the speakers. Happy cycling!

The stereo is a JVC KD-G340. I have a 600 watt amp and 2 12 inch subs. The subs work but the bass on the speakers and subwoofers is the same. When i try to control the subwoofer volume it doesnt change anything. i want more bass to come out of the subwoofers than the other speakers.
On the deck if u have a half decent one, if u scroll through the options or menu u can come across something that may say Subwoofer. Turn that option on. Now if you going into the audio tuning menu the one with the Treble Mid, and Bass it should have another option called Subwoofer. Now you should have gotton a Blue reference wire that travels from you deck to your amp inorder to control the subs with this subwoofer option/

I want to put speakers on my back patio, but I want to be able to control the stereo that's in my garage. Does anyone have any ideas?
Does it already have IR control? If so, you can get RF remote extenders, some which you replace a battery in your remote with.
I have some speakers around my room that used to be connected to a stereo but it doesnt play mp3's and the CD tray is messed up so i want to be able to connect all of those speakers (5) into my laptop and control the speakers through my laptop. ok please disregard last question i found an awsome set of PC speakers that are so much better than my stereo speakers! Thanks anyway! I do have a question though. and my stereo is pretty old and cheap and stuff so it doesnt have the AV spots either
if you have a good stereo with audio outpoots just get some audio cable and run that to your computer. you will probably have to get an adaptor for the computer where it will make two outputs to one

PS3 Slim Hardware, with cool-running 45nm architecture. Very VERY quiet. 17″ wide-screen LCD with HDMI-DVI digital connection. Built-in power supplies / compartment for the AC cord. Push button volume control with stereo speakers. Sleek white monochromatic styling with pin stripes.Personally, I would risk my PS3 to get something that good looking.
