Wet Sound Speakers

What would be better (2) NVS entity speakers, or (2) Wet sounds pro 485

i am not familar with the nvs speakers. but i helped a friend of mine hook up 4 wet sound speakers on his ski tower and they preform very well. we hooked them up to an 800 watt amp and you can just about blow the skier on the end of the rope away! haha

My cell phone (SE K300) was lying next to a glass of water (stupid of me) when someone accidentally spilled it.

Luckily, my phone was wearing a rubberized protective case so it wasn't really very wet..only the speaker was wet because of course it had to be left uncovered so sounds can come out..I tried to turn it on and then it did (sigh of relief). But the sounds are now less audible than usual. Is this a serious case for my phone? I mean, only the speaker is wet. Hope to hear from y'all soon! Thanks.

most probably ur phone will get screwed but if u remove the cover of ur phone and let it to dry it get well sooner and faster!!

I left the speakers outside durring a rain storm and the reciever was inside, but the ceiling leaked on it ( We are going through construction). The subwoofer was also outside, but sheltered somewhat by the house. Will they still work? How long should I wait to turn the equipment on again?

don't speed up the prosed by heating it up you will speed up the corroding of the speakers, just leave it for a week

if they get wet could it mess them up? also what brands do you think are best for good sounding marine audio?

They are water resistant, but if you read the isntructions, despite this, you should do everything possible to keep them dry as possible. I like pioneer as well...

Help! My 1-year-old was given a Leap Frog Activity Center that needed a good cleaning so, I cleaned it and I must have gotten the speaker wet. It worked good before, but now the speaker sound is so low that you can barely hear it. It has been about a month or so since I did this and I just can't stand to see him try to play with it, with sound he cannot hear. all lights and buttons work fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? I called the company and found out they have a recall on this toy but it is not for this problem. They will not take it back or refund anything on it because it is an older product. If anyone knows how to get the speaker to play louder please let me know. Thanks!

if you can get the speaker out, maybe take it to an electronics store, they can usually order stuff like that, then it's a simple matter of wiring it in, and hopefully you're set to go again. Hope that helps
