How can I get my jWIN JS-P701 2.4GHz Wireless Home Theather Speaker System to play from all of the speakers?
Nueve mil noventa y nueve

How can I get my jWIN JS-P701 2.4GHz Wireless Home Theather Speaker System to play from all of the speakers? It only came with one adapter for the red/white audio cords.

That is such a goofy speaker set up and a first for me.

OK here is what is going on. This is a powered speaker set with no Dolby decoder. It will accept for surround only 3 sets of RCA's from a DVD player. I will include a link to a DVD player that has theses so you know what to look for. Make sure to look at the back panel image.

This speaker set is really just a modified PC set of speakers.( note the three mini to RCAs adapters only available in the box mind you).

If you don't want to get a new DVD player you can get a home theater receiver with what ever digital audio connection you have, as long as the receiver has pre outs to hook up to the speaker set. Will include a link to the one that has this. But that is counter intuitive to buying a powered speaker set.

Your only other option is to hook to up to a PC with the correct 5.1 sound card.

If it is a new purchase I suggest take it back and get a 5.1 system that will work with your existing equipment.

PS also look up white van scam I think you may have been had.

I have surround speakers at home and i wish to buy something that can connect the rear speakers wireless?
BlackBook

Ideally it can send the audio from the subwoofer to the rear speaker wireless thus to avoid the wires around.

You question is unclear. Do you want to connect rear speakers or a subwoofer?

Wireless gives lower quality than wires. Note that wireless doesn't eliminate wires since you still need power to each speaker adapter to power the amplifier that's needed to drive the speakers. It's therefore not inexpensive. Personally I think it's better to accept and hide wires than go wireless, but ...

That said, Best Buy sell an OK setup for connecting existing rear speakers (See link) or you can buy wireless speakers/wireless subwoofer setups (See 2nd link).

Hope this helps.

How do I (wireless) configure a Home Audio System + TV+media on PC?

here are the parts.
Computer in bedroom has movies, pics and music on it. I want to be able to stream the movies and pics to my HDTV in the living room(unreachable with wires) and the music to the reciever for the speakers in celing which is in the Kitchen. I also want to be able to stream the sound from the HDTV to the receiver in the kitchen.
-What hardware/software should I use? I want to do this on a budget too.
Ultimately I want to have a media center pc for the living room which i will be building slowly, but for now i have to deal with this

SO, again
How do I stream the sound to the reciever in the kitchen from my pc, in the bedroom, and the HDTV in the living room?
and
how do i stream the movies, pics etc to the hdtv in the living room
ALL ON A BUDGET

Thank you

You can only hard wire the VGA from your computer to the TV and the audio has to be hard wired to unless your running apples air port. This can be achieved through cat-5 cables with VGA adapters . I would call a professional installer in the phone book or go to best buy or a custom home theater company. To stream the video either a wireless computer that accesses the PC that is hooked up with the VGA and sound.
Good luck.

Send audio wireless from macbook to hometheatre?

I have a macbook with wifi and bluetooth built in - and I want the audio to play on my home theatre - is there a nifty gadget to bridge these two systems? I do not want to buy wireless speakers, but instead a bluetooth or wifi receiver that will plug into the auxiliary input. is there such a device? Note Apple airtunes only plays music out of itunes I think, i want any application to work.
