Earbud Walkie Talkie

I work on motion picture sets and use a surveillance earbud every day. The constant blasts of static due to crosstalk from other channels in this heavy radio traffic environment are painful. I am looking for a device which would automatically reduce these to levels that won't impair my hearing (any further).

For my volunteer work I'm supposed to have a walkie talkie with one earpiece. I have a crappy set of earbuds. Could I cut one off and have the other still work, or will it short circuit the whole thing? Thanks

I am making a fake movie trailer for my film class

I hope to win by just having bad*** costumes

I dont want to look as bulky as a real SWAT member or a soldier, I want to be as seamless as like Masterchief or a ninja

I also need combat boots that can are good for running

fairly thick shirt/pants to go under all the equipment/armor (not quite lycra, but same idea)

I also need an abdomen guard, something to protect against belly hits (important to a scene)

WOW go with nomex jacket and pants, black of course!
At least a full level 15 body armor vest with arm and leg protection and
a full tact vest to haul all the knives, lights, ropes, and black hand cuffs you can carry. don't forget zip ties!

LIght wieght, bullet proof, shrapnel proof, camoflouge, something that fired lazers at enemies firing at me would be cool. Oh and invisibility would be good.
