where would i be able to get information/find the type of earpieces that stores use such as victoria secret or american eagle (employees wear them to communicate with each other). My cousin told me hers is motorola and most of them are and i looked on their site but i could not get any more information.

I run a nightclub and my bouncers need to be able to communicate back and forth via 2 way radio (walkie talkie) It's VERY loud inside, so i need something that will ignore background noise as much as possible. Also our walls are tin, so I need something with good reception. I've been searching and searching, but I really have no clue what I'm looking for. The only brand of walkie talkie I've ever owned is motorola for camping, and those were just the cheapest thing at walmart.
