Phone Two Way Radio

What I mean is not using Push to talk services offered by phone companies but convert them to be completely peer to peer based. So you can send voice DIRECTLY from one phone to another, unlike a regular call which first goes to the phone network THEN to the other phone. Is this possible?

If you are hearing buzzing sounds out of your computer's speakers, this is normal. Solve this issue by moving your electronics futher away from your speakers.

Cellular phones and radio waves cannot damage your computer.

If you guys need detail I can post more, but right now I have an extra handset and want to know if it is possible for somehow making it so that it transmits signals through the base so that other two way radios can pick them up and transfer the signals back as understandable speech.

Can I get a two way radio where I can talk without pressing and releasing buttons, I mean like a phone???

Not with a transmitter.
The receiver must be separate,any transmission usurps that frequency and prevent other transmissions.
