Rechargeable Batteries Two Way Radio

I run a nightclub and my bouncers need to be able to communicate back and forth via 2 way radio (walkie talkie) It's VERY loud inside, so i need something that will ignore background noise as much as possible. Also our walls are tin, so I need something with good reception. I've been searching and searching, but I really have no clue what I'm looking for. The only brand of walkie talkie I've ever owned is motorola for camping, and those were just the cheapest thing at walmart. I'm looking for something with rechargeable batteries, and that a earpiece with push to talk capabilities can be attached to.

Bouncers are complete arseholes. Why would you want to attempt to talk to them? Last one I spoke to hit me. I have the Leeds CCTV system and 42 sober witnesses against the twat - guess where he's going? He won't be using no walkie talkie in their!

I am interested in purchasing two 6-cell Tenergy Propel 7.2V 4500mAH rechargeable battery packs for my hobby grade radio control 1/10 scale stadium truck.

I've seen mixed reviews regarding Tenergy rechargeable batteries. A majority of the comments that I have found indicate poor construction, poor performance, over-rated cell capacities, and lack of customer service. BUT there have also been complaints of some issues and problems that were clearly a result of user errors.

In addition to the negative reviews, I have read positive reviews suggesting that some users have not had any issues with the batteries and that the offer the best performance for the price. What concerns me is are the comments genuine or motivated by incentives (store credit) for posting positive reviews about Tenergy products.

In addition, most of these product reviews and postings are at least a year or more old. If anyone any recent experience with Tenergy rechargeable batteries, your input is greatly appreciated.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Actually I have the same question it's hard to find anything about the quality of products this company produces. I'm interested in their Chargers as well as batteries, so i guess we'll see if someone can provide any input.
