I've been hearing on the radio for two weeks now about this "mega-sale" in the old joliet best buy. The just talk to freaking fast, i can't tell what the name of the event is, or if they have a website. If anyone has any information on this sales event please respond.

I have two of these. One has engraved "Utah Carter Radio Products" on it. The other does not. Both are art deco style cylinders, made of brass or copper with silver like tops. Tops have spindles and inside holes to ventilate the cigarettes. Bottom is a silver and black round base. Purchased at a garage sale. Owner said they are Art Deco. Fill with cigarettes for people to take, placed on coffee table or around the room. About 7" high, 2-1/2"diameter, base is 4". Thanks.

Authentic Art Deco cigarette boxes sell for $8-12 on Ebay. Smoking accessories have lost popularity lately but I expect them to recover as items get harder to find.

Hi. I have been looking for like 20 years for a Radio Shack Realistic Clarinette 98 Integrated music system. This is the one from the mid 70's with the cassette deck, AM/FM Receiver and BSR Turntable. I have only seen two on Ebay and they were in poor shape. If anyoen has or knows of one in decent shape for sale at a reasonable price for a 30 year old stereo, please let me know. I mostly want it for nostalgia reasons and I am not rich so funds are limited
Thanks for that first answer, but that one is a clarinette 121, there are some differences. The 98 is much better built and sounds better.

a plane contains 5 times as many second class seats as first class seats. what is the fractional part of the second class seats on the plane?

during a sale on radio sets, 1/4 of the stock was sold the first day. the next day, 2/3 of the remaining sets were sold. what is the fractional part of the total stock sold during the second day?

5/6 are second class

If there are x first class seats, there are 5x second class.
Total of 6x.
fractional part of the second class seats =5x/6x
fractional part of the second class seats =5/6


1/2 sold

Day one 1/4 radios sold, leaving 3/4
day two [2/3] of [3/4] sold, which is 6/12 = 1/2
