Standard Two Way Radio

I have an empty radio slot in my car left over after replacing radio that came with the car. Old radio occupied two slots, and new one needs only one. I would like to convert remaining slot into a storage bin.

Both Metra and American International make pockets. Tell me the year and model of car and I could research it for you and get you a part number

I won Celtics tickets and a limo ride to and from the game. I'm told the free limo ride does not include a gratuity. The driver will be taking me from Western Mass to Boston and back, waiting around for about 3 hours while I'm at the game. I've heard 15% is standard, but I don't know how much the ride would cost, so I can't finish the equation.

You can call the limo company and ask. I've heard people just give a twnty or something, but that's for a one way ride from the airport or something. I would call the lim company, or any limo company and get a ballpark figure to work with.

Hi i have a standard factory fitted radio in my car and at the moment there are only two front speakers and tweaters connected.

Would it be possible to add an extra pair of speakers and tweaters and would the radio cope with the extra pair?
Thanks for that! The unit i currently have is a VW BETA model and it looks as though i shall have to upgrade to the GAMMA one that supports 4 channels.
Hi the tweaters are a standard fit. The car i have is a mark 4 golf and there are two front door speakers and two tweaters by the window.

There is space for two more speakers and tweaters in the rear doors.

I think your best solution would be to get a head unit that supports four channels. Why the added tweeters????
but to answer your question.....
You can hook four speakers up to the radio but you will not be able to fade F-R. why the extra tweeters? a set of speakers are usually two or three ways that have a tweeter with a built in crossover. if you hook up two speaker per channel wire them in a series circuit (this will double the ohms). If wired in a parralel cicuit this cuts the ohms in half, and increaes the amperage, increasing the chance of frying the amplifier in the radio....
Another alternative would be to get a four channel amp that accepts High power inputs from your current head unit.

At one time enjoyed it. Wondering what your listening selection has become? One conglomerate owns most signals standard radio can get and stuck with Michel Savage. Still can eat and listen but getting tuff. Question two does anyone remember person named Bruce that's very rounded life experiences made listening enjoyable, and wondering if he on elsewhere.
