Two Way Radio Programming

What is the best way to record two different radio programs each starting at different times and going for different lengths, also how to find a product which does it on a Windows XP and can record automatically?

do i need PROGRAMMING Software to progran a two way radio or can i just connect it to my computer and program it???????????????????????

Some need programming, some do not. I have several 2-ways as an amateur radio operator and none of my radios require any programming. A friend, also an amateur radio operator, has several as well, and at least one of his DOES require programming from an external source. Without more in the way of detail, there is no way to answer your question. Read the documentation...

You can only purchase scanners of police frequencies. Retail outlets that sell transmitters, don't sell to individuals, unless they're a part of the police agency...sorry.... emergency and police traffic only.
