this is gonna rock lol this prank involves two walkie talkies an fm transmitter and some freeware i found for windows xp's narrorator feature (i leave it up to you to figure out how i'm going to do this) but what i wanted to do was freak out my sisters friends and especially her the next time she blast that kenwood stereo entertainment system thingy we got in our house to the max again:

can this be done and is it ok for that sort of thing on the fm channels
